Browse Tamil Events by city, date or type. Some events sell tickets directly on TamilHive; others link out to the organizer or to yourcityevents. Host your own by clicking Host an event - it goes live after a quick admin review.

Click Sign up, enter your name, email and a password (or use Google). You can start posting right away.

Is TamilHive free to use?

Yes - browsing, posting jobs, listing services and buying/selling are free. Some event ticketing features may include a small processing fee.

What is my TamilHive ID?

Every account gets a unique 8-character ID shown on your dashboard. Event hosts use it to add you as ticket-scanning staff.

How do I apply for a job?

Open the job and click Apply. You can attach a résumé from your dashboard. The employer is notified by email and can message you on TamilHive.

How do I hire / review applicants?

Applicants appear under Dashboard → Applicants, where you can view their résumé, message them, and propose a meeting.

How do I post a job or classified?

Sign in, open Jobs or Sell/Buy, and click the Post button. Fill in the details and use the location search to auto-fill your city and address. Jobs and classifieds go live immediately.

Why is my business / event / donation 'in review'?

Business listings, events, donation campaigns and influencer profiles are reviewed by an admin before they go live, to keep the community safe. You'll see a preview only you can view until it's approved, and we'll email you the decision.

How does the location search work?

Start typing an address or place in the Search location box - pick a suggestion and it fills your country, city and address, and pins your listing on the map so people nearby can find it.

How do I post an event or a fundraiser?

Sign in, open Tamil Events or Help/Fund Tamils, and click Host an event / Start a campaign. Events, business listings, creator profiles and fundraisers are reviewed by an admin before they go live; jobs, freelancer profiles and classifieds publish instantly.

How do I apply to be a verified influencer, event host or fundraiser?

Open Dashboard → Get verified, pick the role, and submit a phone number plus any details that help us confirm you. An admin reviews it and you'll be notified. Being declined never limits the rest of your account - you can still buy, post jobs and more.

How does ticketing work?

When a host sells tickets on TamilHive you check out securely and receive a QR ticket in My Tickets (and by email). At the door, staff scan your QR code; it turns green on the first valid scan and red if it has already been used.

Can I get a refund on tickets?

Refunds are handled by the platform team. Contact the organizer or TamilHive support with your order details and we'll process eligible refunds.
